Romiromi
Romiromi seeks to align our spiritual, auric, celestial and physical bodies. A traditional māori healing modality that triggers cellular memories and intergenerational trauma that have accumulated in our physical body. Utilising neutral agitation and pressure, kohatu (stones), rākau (sticks), voice and sound along with the receivers conscious breathwork we aim to create balance and clear energy paths through all dimensions of space and time.
Mirimiri
Mirimiri is a traditional Māori healing practice that combines energy work, guidance from kaitiaki (guardians or guides), and physical touch to restore balance and wellness within the physical body. This modality helps to release stagnant energy and address dis-ease, promoting a natural state of harmony. A mirimiri session can also naturally boost serotonin and dopamine levels, providing support for those managing anxiety or depression.
Every session is different; at times, messages may emerge—whether from loved ones or kaitiaki—either conveyed through me or directly to the person receiving the mirimiri.

Have an open claim
You’ll need to have an existing sensitive or injury claim with ACC.
2.
If you don’t have an open claim…
Have your health professional fill out an ACC45 form, requesting Rongoā Māori services with In Knots as the provider (vendor VBG059).
3.
Await approval from ACC
Once ACC has received your application, approval can take up to 10 days. After the purchase order has been received we can book you in!
